UVA: One of the best IR programs in the country. Excellent MSK. Really no department is mediocre or even good. All are very good to excellent.
Pitt: One of the biggest hospitals in the country. Solid program. No department is stellar, though none is also weak.
BIDMC: Harvard name. Excellent Body imaging departments. Decent other departments. Is somehow overshadowed by two other big Boston programs. Somehow under-rated. Boston is fun to live.
Brown: Excellent IR program though I have heard has some issues recently (not sure right or wrong).
Yale: Not on par with yale name. Decent program. Solid IR. No department is top notch.
I would avoid putting too much weight into "academic rankings" unless you are set on entering academics as a career. After a certain point, the programs are all more or less on the same level for training. Each will have strengths and weaknesses. Make sure you go somewhere you want to be and where you know you will be happy.
I know you wanted opinions devoid of geographic consideration, but I just can't do it. Go to UVA, because Charlottesville>>>>>>>>everywhere else you're considering.
