Give it some time and once you start to see the progress it's hard to stop. I love being buff lol and being able to carry my 180 lb partner around no problem, so that's my motivation. Yours might be different which is ok, this is just my experienceAny tips for getting and staying in the gym? That’s my current struggle
I found creating a routine to help too because I knew I was always going to be at the gym these days at these times, so it just became a normal part of my week. It's harder to make excuses that way too. This might help most in the early stages
