My little man is 3 months tomorrow! And I haven't failed any tests yet! 😱

He's adorable! Enjoy this time and make the most of it while you can.....they grow up WAY too fast. Mine are 11 YO and 15 YO, and they know everything already!😎

I'm on a Facebook hiatus at the moment. Why is this a rave? I know longer get waves of anger after checking Facebook.

In the last little while, I unfriended my best friend for being a hypocrite (I complained about work. She called my negative in front of my friend and boyfriend then told me to get over myself. Then she uses FB to complain about her job). Then my parents not only bought my brother a car, they delivered it to him. They couldn't drive an hour to drop my bed off at my new place, but they drove 5 hours to deliver a car to my brother. And there was that private-message-on-wall scandal that I had to fix.

FB shouldn't upset me. But it does. I don't need to look at it anymore. It's been 24 hours. I am much happier without it.

Date day with the bf. Lunch, and matinee movie (Looper) then a bottle of wine when we get home. 😀

Wow, if I had ever acted like that I would have gotten drug out of there, given the spanking of my lifetime, and grounded.

My mother would have just spanked me right then and there, then expected me to apologize to anyone else in the bookstore for being loud and then grounded me... She meant business.

I'm going to see Luke Bryan in concert! First concert ever! 😀

LSU GOT MY TRANSCRIPT! I am so relieved right now.

Also didn't actually need to spend the $20 to rush mail it today, but I didn't know that this morning, now did I?

Got the tech job at the veterinary ophthalmologist!!! I'm so excited! 😀😀😀

Made the final payment on my cruise today! I thought it would be a good excuse to get my butt in gear and start running again so I can fit into my bathing suit in 2.5 months. Went for a run tonight, albeit a very short one, but I've used this strategy before. Run as much as I can on the first night, repeat the next night to match that time. Then, force myself to run an extra two minutes that next night, therefore adding 2 extra minutes every two nights. This worked well a year ago, and I was up to running for 50 minutes at time. I'm excited!

NL EAST DIVISION CHAMPS.

who even cares that they lost tonight.

Scored 5 points above the class average on my physio test test! 😍

Although the average was only 66 and I thought i'd do better. Damn huge public schools and talking 60 is a great medium for a bell curve!😡

That's ok. Better than the chem department at my university where when the average is a 50 the professor is doing GREAT! As in they are lucky if the average is pushing 50. So so so so soooooo glad to never take another chem class here again (dear god I hope that's true...)

I've never taken a single class in undergrad that curved. If I was 5 points above the average and 60 is the average, I'd be stuck with a 65.

Last semester, my biochem professor could not speak in front of crowds without stuttering. Stutters combined with a french accent = could not understand a word she said. Not to mention that each lecture was 65 slides covering an entire chapter in 80 minutes. Our class was curved so much that a 52% was a C+.

The parasitology class I took in undergrad had the biggest curve that I have ever seen... I passed the class with a 34% (around), that was a B...

My lovely, amazing, brilliant, slightly misanthropic bf has almost finished his first week as a TA (required for his chem PhD program), and he doesn't hate it! He was panicing and predicting doom and despair for about a month, but now he thinks it will be fine!!! He's not even too upset about the fact that a bunch of his lab students are, well, kinda lax on lab safety...which is to say they seem to lack all common sense.

This is going to make the next year sooooooo much better, that he's ok teaching.

It sounds a bit silly, now that I read over it, but if you knew my bf, you'd be celebrating too. He is notorious for disliking people in general and not suffering fools.
