Not sure if this is the right spot for this. I’m currently studying at a pretty good US university for undergrad and doing med school prerequisites I applied and got an offer from RCSI which is a good Irish medical school. I’m torn on whether or not I should accept the offer or not. I know the struggles of IMGs and all but I really have no clue and would appreciate some help.

Do you want to practice medicine in the US? If you do, you should stick with your current undergrad and apply to a US medical school. If you're interested in practicing in Ireland, you should take the Irish medical school.
