I had thought of becoming a PA in the past because dental hygiene is fairly repetative (and a bit boring for me). Now I had been considering dental school-and just got diagnosed w/ moderate CTS in my right hand and I am thinking career change.

What is a day in the life of a PA like? I have read various forums and know that you can be in many different settings. I would probably lean toward private practice (osteopathic/pediatric), but how demanding is it?

I have 3 little one's and hygiene has been great for part time work and a decent paycheck-but not very demanding.

Any information would be great-thanks!
