Reading comprehension reading materials on iPad???

I normally spend hours each day on public transportation between work/school and home. I'm looking for some materials I can download and read (to enhance my reading speed, etc.) on my iPad. Any suggestion?

Have you considered simply putting pdf articles on your ipad and reading those? Perhaps you might consider an actual magazine or journal such as Nature or NEJM, as both have apps or subscription services for the ipad. Just randomly read an article, don't think about which one sounds interesting, etc.

Download news apps and read articles, lots of articles. CNN, Time, WSJ, NY Times, etc
