So um, I received the PCOM secondary on July 18th. I then today looked into my mailbox to find that I received the very same secondary from PCOM. The only difference between the two is that the front letter of the first one is from a Deborah A. Benvenger (Director of Admissions), where as the front letter of the second one is from a Carol A. Fox (Associate Vice President for Enrollment Management).

This happen to anyone else? Also, does it matter which I send back to them? Thanks 🙂

Me too. They both have the PCOM-GA secondary enclosed, right?

Strangely enough, the first one had only the Georgia campus secondary. The second one had the Philadelphia campus and the Georgia campus secondary.

I'm thinking it's just an error, or else maybe PCOM in Philly sends the Georgia one automatically since it's affiliated? Not really sure...I plan on sending the Georgia secondary that came in the mail on its own rather than the one that came with the PCOM Philly secondary.

Very annoying.

Same thing happened to me, except neither of mine had the GA application with them. The first one was yellow, and the second one was white. Strange. 😕

If it makes you feel any better, I got two REJECTION letters from PCOM-Philly.

I'm not kidding.

They wanted to make sure you got the message. Sometimes, people will get only one rejection letter, and still show up for class. I actually sent PCOM-Philly a rejection letter, upon being accepted to GA-PCOM.

I need some clarification. It sounds like TruthSerum is the only one who got PCOM-PHILLY's secondary in the mail. Is this correct?

I ask because I was ready to mail them both, but called them, since I only got two copies of GA-PCOM's secondary, but no Philly. They said to only return the GA one because "Philly hasn't sent theirs out yet."

Note: The person didn't sound that sure of what he/she was saying...

Hey Chocolate Bear (excellent tribute to scrubs by the way, haha)...

So I can't verify whether I received the PCOM - Philly secondary by accident or not, but I absolutely did receive it (dated as sent to me on July 21st). I am in-state, so maybe they send PA residents secondaries first?? Might wanna call them again.

Thanks for the N > 1 confirmation on the PCOM secondaries. That's exactly what I was hoping for! 👍

And yes, Scrubs does rock. They've had some tough times, but overall a fantastic show. It was between this and an Entourage homage.
