Reciprocation

I have few questions regarding reciprocating one's license.

1) Do you have to practice for 1 year before you are eligible to reciprocate your license? ( is there any regulation to how many hours or just 12 months?)

2) Can someone just hold the license for 1 year but do not work is eligible to reciprocate?

3) How long it takes to reciprocate?

4) Do you still have to maintain your primary license once you have reciprocate your license in another state?

You need to be more specific about what state you want to reciprocate with.

California doesn't have "reciprocity" in the same sense other states do.
