Recommend a good head/neck anatomy textbook?

Hi,

I was hoping someone can recommend a good head/neck anatomy textbook. The one we use at our school is a good anatomy book for dental students but I wanted something with better illustrations. It's not really for part I since I already wrote it.

For example, does anyone have an opinion about the Illustrated Anatomy of the Head and Neck by Fehrenbach and Herring?

We are using Textbook of head and neck anatomy by Hiatt and Gartner. Its good but doesn't have a ton of illustrations or pictures.

I use McMinn's "Color Atlas of Head and Neck Anatomy" 2nd edition. It has awesome color photos of great dissections. There is a newer edition, but it's not much different.
