Does anyone know what the age demographics are like in VA psych rehab programs? I'm just starting to take a look at postdoc fellowships in that area but also have an interest in working with older adults.

Varies depending on the VA and the focus of the rehab. Additionally, you could also look at sites that have a geropsych program as well as most postdocs will allow for at least some breadth of training in related disciplines.
