I'm considering relocating to my home state, but due to the nature of my current job, i want to be professional and courteous and have decided not to leave until may. i'm wondering if i should start applying to jobs now, or if i should contact the dop at prospective hospitals. it wouldn't be a problem for me to fly back home for interviews, but i'd just like piece of mind knowing that i have a job. i'm looking at clinical positions. any advice?
