Repeating Activities on Application (TMDSAS)

Say you have an activity that falls under both health care and community service. Should I list it in both sections or choose one? This is specifically for tmdsas but i'm guessing it would apply to any app.

I had asked somebody at TMDSAS and they said to list it in any/all sections that apply.

I called a few texas schools last year, and they said that it's "better" if I put it under one of them. I didn't call TMDSAS, just because their opinion doesn't really matter. It's the schools that are actually reading the application.
