Hey guys,

I'm reapplying for med school this year and I came up with one concern regarding my recommendation letters.

Here's my current file:
2 letters: from direct supervisor and laboratory supervisor of my undergraduate research (which also led to my honors thesis)
1 letter: from academic adviser who I sought advice since freshman year
1 letter: from Biology professor, my primary major
1 letter: from Psychology professor, my second major
1 letter: from president of hospital overseas where I volunteered every summer for three consecutive years.

My school only allows a maximum six letters per application. But the matter is that they were all written for the entering class of 2010, so application cycle-wise, two years ago. ISN'T THAT TOO OLD? I was wondering whether to get a letter from my current employer, but what hesitates me is that it's an SAT academy, where I teach SAT and SAT II subject tests.

So in short: it's between a recent, not-so-much-medically-related letter vs. 1 of the 6 OLD, what-I-think-completely-shows-my-collegiate-activities letters.......

I don't have a lot of information about these stuff and the pre-med office just told me that "replacing letters is fine," which I don't know if he means I should replace one (which one??), or the fact that I just CAN replace letters...

Help me out guys!!! Thanks in advance!!!!
