Reporting comlex on eras

Technically (if I read the pdf ERAS file correctly) if you apply allo only you do not have to report your comlex scores. However, if you apply allo you MUST reveal your usmle scores if you took them.
If you apply osteo only you MUST reveal your comlex scores, but not your usmle scores.
If you apply osteo only you MUST reveal your comlex scores, but not your usmle scores.
