hi..your gpa is not too bad..people hav got in with lower gpa..and tere is nothing you can do about it right now..
so, focus onyour exam..get a decent score...and try n get toefl score above 100...
you vl be accepted..search this forum for such cases..you vl find lotsof them..

yaaa do well in NBDE and TOEFL.
That way you can balance out a not so great GPA.
If you have some work experience(esp in the US) even better.
