Hey all,

I’m a current PGY2 EM Resident who will be applying to IM-CC programs next year. Is research something that’s considered necessary as a part of these applications?

Depends on the program.

It probably would help, but I wouldn't say it is required. Good way to show interest and potentially stand out.
