i always wanted to track my hr and bp when i am holding the pager. lol

maybe do a little project comparing hr/bp with pages. and possible cad

If you have a Fitbit surge or HR, just let it track your sleep in the app. When you wake up it'll take your RHR.

As far as throughout the day, the graph looks like so:
