So I just finished my first year of college as a pre-med student. I didn't do too well in General Chemistry 2 (got a D) and I wanted to know if my chances were going to be affected at all for medical school. The professor was really bad and about 15 people dropped because they were doing that badly. I also got an A in General Chemistry 1 and I am a Chemistry major so I feel like I shouldn't be doing this badly. I know I am going to have to pull out A's in Organic and so on but I just wanted to know how badly this would affect my chances for medical school.

Thanks

(just ask if you need any clarification)

I think most schools wants C or above. So you have to retake it and get above D(not C-, but C or above) to fulfill the requirements.
In terms of chances, one D wont kill you if you do well from now on! :)
