Retention in Equine Veterinarians Longitudinal (REVL) Study
Do aspects of your identity impact inclusion, equity, or belonging in veterinary school or equine practice?
We are recruiting for 1-hour virtual focus group discussions related to equine practice, burnout, and work satisfaction. We are prioritizing the perspectives of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC), LGBTQ+ identities, and members with disabilities. The results will be used to develop a longitudinal study to track these factors and inform the industry of potential changes to improve and maintain the equine workforce. To be eligible you must fall into one of the following categories:

- Previously in equine practice but have left practice,
- Currently in equine practice or mixed animal practice and spend at least 50% of your time on equine,
- Currently a veterinary student interested in equine practice, or
- Currently a veterinary student that was interested in equine practice but changed your mind.
