Your post just says there are problems with all schools, but the more established schools will still be better because of their previous affiliations and will have had students go through their program to prove it. New schools just don't have much to show for it and that alone could be a problem.
Oh, ok. Then you might just be misunderstanding what a new school is. Since we're using Marian as the example (though they are at least slightly exceptional 😉 ) look up their administration and faculty. They have more experience there than maybe most schools.
You have to look at each program individually, but a new school format mean the faculty all just got their PhDs, DOs, MDs, etc and are at their first job, lol.
I'm pretty sure that MUCOM even has the most, or second most, faculty who write/review for COMLEX. Lots of experience there.
So, again, I don't see the same problems you are describing
