2 Bedroom 1 1/2 bath with a large basement will become available June 11. I have already paid for the whole month of June so you would not have to pay any rent till the beginning of July. Rent is 550 a month with a deposit of 550. It is less than 5 minutes from lecom. The townhouse also requires that you pay for gas and electricity and for the phone. Some of the amenities that the townhouse has are gas heater and stove, washer and dryer hookup, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
