What are the internet options for students both on and off campus?

One of the vets at my practice just graduated from Ross in December 2016, and I was asking her about this recently. She said wifi is pretty easily accessed on campus on a laptop, and a lot of area cafes have it as well. She had an off-campus apartment, and said that while they had internet privately installed in the house, it was a little spotty sometimes. But she was able to get everything she needed done at either one place or another. Not sure what specific brands or providers or anything, though. She assured me it's not much of a problem, even for very Internet-dependent people!
