Everything, I would guess. All but one of mine required transcripts, which includes all four years of pharmacy school.

Agreed. Almost all of our applicants had straight A's on rotation.

My lowest grade of my entire academic career (as far as semester/quarter grades) was one of my rotation grades. I had a major personality conflict with the preceptor and hated the rotation, so I was very happy to take the damn B- and get out of there.

There was a program that I was looking at well before the application season that wanted all college transcripts.

I encountered the same thing at 2 of the programs I applied to for PGY1.

All the programs I have spoken with wanted all college transcripts...

I would say the weigth/value of undergrad transcript varies. If you had not completed your degree prior to pharmacy school, then undergrad transcript is more important than if you had graduated undergrad ten years before starting pharmacy school.
