Any suggestions on housing for Rowan. What would be reasonable rent? I am only seeing apartments $1,500 plus or so.

It is super expensive in NJ and around that area too. If I end up accepting my offer I will likely be getting housing on campus and my husband will be staying at the house in PA so we wouldn’t have to sell.

I’m sure there may be somewhere that students discuss house sharing if that is something you’d be interested in.

Unfortunately, that is going to be close to the lowest you’ll find in that part of NJ - or really any part of NJ, but the area adjacent to Philly is expensive, I live relatively close to Rowan but closer to Philly, and can say $1450 was the going rate for 1 bedroom apartments over 10 years ago, I can’t imagine now. I’d suggest if possible looking for roommates or talking to Rowan about if they offer subsidized graduate/professional student housing.

Me and my husband thinking the Twin Cities are cheap because, well, compared to southern NJ they are 😭😭😭 why is everything everywhere so expensive though, it’s NOT sustainable.

OOS rejection . I’m so discouraged, I knew my stats weren’t great but I thought the interview went so well. This is my 2nd cycle not getting in anywhere 🙁
