Looks like a premed dropout made that website and runs that "school".

oh, wow! really? I heard of it too. I had to take some of my pre-reqs and I was thinking about this school! I thought it is run by a twin sister with PhDs!

You can literally take pre-reqs at any university in the country....there is nothing at all special about this one, unless you count the fact that some Canadian med schools may or may not even accept them.
