Hi everyone! Has anyone been accepted from the wait list, or have an idea how many people are usually accepted off the list each year? Thank you!

Hey, I am assuming you had an interview with RU Newark? I was wondering if you could tell me about the interview process, and what exactly to expect?

Hey! Yes I interviewed at the north campus. The interview is pretty laid back; there is a tour from a current student, and then your individual interview, though not necessarily in that order. Almost everyone I know who interviewed there had a conversational interview, so it might be good to research the faculty. I personsonally did not have a conversational interview; it was straight from a list of questions. 2 questions that threw me off were: what would page __ of your autobiography say? If you could learn any skill from a different culture what would it be? The biggest piece of advice I can give is to be yourself and stay true to who you are🙂 when is your interview? I will be at a few🙂

Thank you! I submitted my application on August 28th! I got an interview request exactly a month later on September 28th.

Thank you! So basically, the interview should conversational like you said right? So questions like tell me about yourself, what is your biggest strength/weakness, why are you a good fit for this school etc. should be expected as well?

Many people had conversational interviews, but mine wasn't at all; it was straight from a list of questions. Those are all good questions to practice for interviews as well as why PT over a different health profession. Bringing your unique experiences into the interview questions is what will set you apart. Stay true to yourself and you'll be just fine🙂

So it's been a while but do you have any idea of how many people are on the waitlist and how good your chances would be if you were in the top third?

There was some movement late March good luck but plan for the future just in case.
