RWJMS letter

I got a letter today from RWJ saying that my application was selected to be among those in teh ""very competitive" category and that a decision regarding acceptance or placement on alternate list will come shortly. I was just wondering if any current med students who applied to RWJ received this type of letter and what it really means..is it a waitlist letter? or just informing me of what's going on? thanks in advance for your help!

i receivied the same letter- as did other people- it's not a waitlist letter yet- i talked to the secretary of admissions....

Any idea of what the acceptance stats are for RWJ and how many they take off this "very competitive list?
