3. which of the following movements will cause the sacral base to move anterior (sacral flexion)

answer is A. cranial flexion.

i thought cranial flexion causes counternutation which is posterior sacral base movement (sacral extension)?

pg 44 says "during craniosacral flexion, the sacral base rotates posteriorly"

You are right. Just checked my version of the book and it must have been errata in yours because my version says the answer is cranial extension

I thought so as well. But my brain was refusing to cooperate with me (or perhaps it knows that Cranial just isn't worth it). I know he had the nutation and counternutation right.

And now that I actually look in Saverse (3rd) it is indeed Cranial Extension in my book as well.
