The Center for Understanding and Treating Anxiety at the Joint Doctoral Program of San Diego State University/University of California San Diego invites applications for two-year full-time and part-time research coordinator positions beginning fall of 2008. The Center specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy for anxiety disorders. The research coordinator will work on NIMH-sponsored projects that examine a brief, 4 week, computerized intervention for anxiety disorders. Therefore, we prefer research coordinators with training and experience in coordinating clinical research trials. Responsibilities will include: coordination of a translational research project, patient assessments, data entry, data analysis, consultation with patients and staff, and collaborative program building across the clinic and neuroimaging programs. Applicants should possess excellent interpersonal skills. Qualifications include a MA/MS or BA/BS in psychology or related field. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
