Hi all!

During today's round -and out of no where- our professor pointed at me and said: "look up what Sans Clinique means and bring it tomorrow" !!!

I've been looking for it for a while and I'm not sure about any of the meanings I got so far :-S any ideas?

well, it's French. using my very literal translation, it would be "without clinic." what significance that has, i don't know.

Sounds right, like an isolated abnormal finding without associated clinical correlation.

It turned out that he though "sans clinique" meant "clinical sense" !!!!!
