anyone know why this santa barbara cottage's prelim program is often spouted to be "the best in the country"? i looked at the website, but it doesn't really hint at being anything particularly special. anyone have some insight? thanks!

The hospital has a great rep....Santa Barbara is a nice (but very expensive) place to live.
