So I am in the process of finishing a masters degree and have Saturday classes. A lady from UK just emails me to tell me they are having an open house and info session next Saturday....the same time I have class. There is no way possible to miss the class. I don't have an interview there but would like to get to know the staff in hopes that they will ask me for an interview. I'm sooo pissed about this right now!! GRRRR

Oh, you didn't hear about my family emergency? Which I knew about in advance?

HA HA Yeah I suppose I could do that. I called and they said I could schedule a private tour, so I thnk I might just do that. What do you think?

I think that sounds even better than an open house. With one on one attention, they'll actually get to know you and you'll have time to make an impression with your charming personality. I think I would seriously treat this like an interview, be well prepared when you go, ask intelligent questions, etc, but mostly come across as an awesome and interesting person.

Thanks! I was thinking the same thing! I am pretty excited about visiting overall!! Now to prepare for the visit!
