School Application deadlines and NBDE Part 2 result submission

I'm a little confused about this and would like some help.

I intend on giving the NBDE part I exam early next year, Feb or March of 2012. I've heard that the deadline for application into the Advanced Placement program for foreign trained dentists is in the vicinity of June/July (not sure about this)

Is it possible to send in a Dental School application before I take the Part II exam? How do I indicate that I intend on giving Part II in the School application?
And, what is the deadline for submitting the Part II results after I've sent in the School application?

If anyone here knows anything about this (even if it doesn't exactly address the questions I've asked) I would really appreciate it.
If you can outline the application deadlines for schools in general, that would be helpful too.

you get an option on caapid that u will be taking part 2 as well. make sure your score is updated before uni deadlines.

deadlines vary from june to feb. u need to shortlist the unis u are interested in applying to and keep their deadlines in mind.
