School Fees-- pay NOW?

I just finished up my app, got my transcripts verified, and waiting for LOR. Do I need to submit some fees to schools before they even get my app if in the secondary thing it says they want it as you submit your aadsas? Someone told me it was only after they get it and ask you for it. A little confused....

As for the photo, are there are requirements? Obviously a semi-professional looking photo, but anything else? Only from shoulders up or?? Anyone know where I can find that info? I have been looking for a while and can't seem to figure it out.

On the ADSAAS supplemental info, if it says to send the fee at the same time you submit ADSAAS, send the fees. Some schools don't want it until later, and for them you can wait, but for the others send it right away.

As far as the picture goes, a passport photo is what they want. Basically a head shot, it'll probably have your shoulders in there too. Some people just resized their pictures and printed it out themselves, I went to a place and just got it done.
