I would really appreciate some opinions on a school list! I'll preface this by noting that I included years because my experiences are quite spread out. (I'm in my mid-30s.)

cGPA: 3.90; sGPA: 3.81
MCAT (last month): 510 (127/127/128/128)

State of residence:
California; also qualify as in-state in Iowa
Ethnicity: White male
Institutions:
Undergrad: mid-sized, modest, private university, BA psychology and music 2004
Grad: Big 10 school, MA music therapy 2008
Post-bacc: Mostly community college, some UC Extension. 2016-present
Clinical experience:
--2,900 hrs: ED clerk, 2003-2005
--unquantified hours: clinical music therapy rotations (not included in primary app), 2005-2008
--11,500 hours: rehabilitation therapist, forensic psychiatric hospital, 2009-2016. Some committee-level leadership positions, nothing supervisory.
--est. 200 hours (20 at time of app): ED volunteer (recent)
Research experience:
--1,400 hrs: music perception in cochlear implant lab, 2005-2007; 1 conf. paper, 1 poster. Significant patient interaction.
--1,500 hrs: master's thesis experimental research, social science, 2006-2008; 1 conf. presentation
Shadowing: 12 hours, pathology (recent)
Non-clinical volunteering:
--1,880 hrs: AmeriCorps VISTA program, facilitated jobs program for under-served teens, 2013-2014.
--120 hrs: helped organize brain cancer benefit 5K run/walk, 2016.
Other extracurricular activities: hiking, church choir

Anything else not listed you think might be important:
--App will be verified approx. 7/24.
--Never occurred to me to consider DO, but perhaps I should have given my MCAT result. Seems too late to consider DO for this cycle.
School list: I have tons of data on schools, but I'm still stumped on who would be receptive to an older career-changer with a heavy social-science background and with my stats.

I am looking for as many as 30 total.

So far:
  • UC-Davis
  • UC-Riverside
  • Cal Northstate
  • Rosalind Franklin
  • Sidney Kimmel
  • Loyola
  • Rochester (reach)
  • Georgetown
  • Penn State
  • Tufts
  • U of Iowa
  • U of Miami
  • U of Vermont
  • VCU
  • Wake Forest

Thanks for your response! Do you have any insight into any (from my list, or from your additions) that may be more receptive to an unorthodox applicant such as myself?
