Hi y’all! I’m a reapplicant (applied 24-25 cycle) and am looking for help building my school list for the upcoming cycle. This is my school list as of now and am hoping to cut it down to about 30 schools or add any schools that may be good!

• State: OR, ties to some east coast state
• gap years: 3 by matriculation (hopefully)
• MCAT: 512 (2024) -> 518 (2026)

  • Immunology research: 2120 hours ( 3 years). Publication in cell (Middle author), 2 posters, 1 solo presentation, and honors thesis.
  • CNA (at hospital): 1000 hours 1 year
  • Food bank volunteering: 380 hours over 4 years
  • Molecular research center research specialist: 350 hours
  • Teaching at high-school + tutoring during undergrad: 672 hours
  • Shadowing: 36 hours
  • Student government environmental board: 80 hours (130 in normal student environmental group)
  • Science olympiad executive board: 200 hours
  • 7-11 sales associate: 316 hours
  • Fencing: 400 hours, 2nd place in intercollegiate tournament
  • Collegiate esports club exec board: 150 hours

I recognize that my list is a bit top heavy atm but I'm having trouble picking which schools i should apply for YuY. Thanks for y'alls help!
