I think there is the WARS and @LizzyM score advice to help you split your school list into tiers. As it stands IMO, you've got a golden ticket with a very strong application (get lots of eyeballs on your PS, get strong references, interview prep). Now you need is networking to get as much insight about what the students really see and experience at their schools compared to what the admissions recruiters and faculty want you to see. Know what you want in your education and learning environment.

Nothing is wrong with your list, OP, except that Albany, Drexel and Jefferson would be donations, not because you aren't good enough but because you are too good.

Do decide what you want in a school in terms of location, teaching style, specialty areas or opportunities. With a very strong academic record, you need to consider yourself a prom queen or rock star.... many schools will not believe that they have a chance to catch your eye given the other offers you'll have. If you have an emotional or personal reason for wishing to attend a school like Albany that has no other schools nearby then you need to really romance the school and really make a case for why you would choose Albany if you also had offers to Vandy and Duke.

Rock star, aim high. Apply to 15 top 20s, five midtiers, and your state schools. Good luck.
