I would pick LECOM. ATSU being affiliated with KCOM does not really help with the fact that its a brand new "unique" curriculum different from ANYTHING else we have seen in a MD or DO school. I would personally not want to be the first class or two piloting it. What if students aren't prepared well enough for boards? What if the curriculum needs to be changed? What if rotation sites are not working out well for students? Many people seem to be saying "well, its affiliated with Kirksville!" What possible reason does the fact that it is owned by the holy grail of DO, Kirksville (with a more traditional med school curriculum), contribute to this school being exempt for issues that comes with opening new school. These things are NOT uncommon for a brand new school... not to mention a RADICALLY different brand-new school that is cramming/shortening basic sciences and taking majority of the hospital out of rotations. Not saying its going to be bad.... just saying it MAY have some major kinks to work out for the first few classes that go through.
