Schools not responsive to update letters

Hello! I tried to search this question using the search function above but couldn't find any posts. If a post does exist and someone links, I'll gladly lock this post! Otherwise, which schools are not responsive to update letters? The one I found thus far is

Your best bet is to search each school you have applied to. It might even be on the student portal. Many schools tell you during interviews. I doubt you are going to find a ready made list to use.

If a school does not have an information regarding this, would it still be safe to include an update email? Or could I call the admissions office?

Just be sure what you are submitting is really update worthy at this point. You probably have recently submitted your secondaries, so it might be better to wait for awhile. Actually many of the ADCOMS think updates are best made after an interview. There are lots of current threads on that topic. Good luck.,

Some schools are really receptive to updates too, like Uchicago which has an example of "Activities - November" in their update section, and they outright say that they welcome updates throughout the cycle.

Do updates need to be formal (written out in paragraph form), or can they be bullet format? @gonnif

At most schools, updates are not a formal part of the admission process. Either way can work and I think it is dependent on what you are updating and how many things you have to update.

I have two more publications and advancement/promotions in my current position since submitting my application. Would these be appropriate items to update schools with in one update?
