I know there is a thread back in 2007 with the list of schools that do not waive secondary, but can someone update me with a new list of schools?

The only school I know of off the top of my head is Howard.

If true, that's kind of mind-bogglingly hypocritical. Howard has a strong mission of service to the underserved, and who better to serve them than....the underserved.

Tulane only waived 50% of it when I applied (2 yrs ago)

Baylor and Tulane waive half their fees off. Does anyone know any other schools that waive off half their fees only?

Medical University of South Carolina doesn't waive the secondary either.

yea but at 76,000 /year which OOS would want to go there anyway -__-

It's not waived for IS either lol. Plus MUSC is 62k a year, USC is 76.

Living in Columbia, SC for 4 years is well worth going 400k in debt for.

Does anybody know if Case Western waives their secondary app fee?

Arkansas with FAP fee goes from 100 to 50.

Honestly I feel a lot of the school missions are a bunch of bull, Half of the stuff schools say at interviews is a bunch of bull.

Case waives their fee. Howard does not. Nor does Georgetown.

Georgetown waived their secondary fee for me. Uni of Hawai'i doesn't waive it.
