I've heard that Cornell doesn't hand out any acceptances until all applicants are interviewed. Are there any other schools like that?

Rolling admissions should not be misinterpreted. An early application is an advantage at every school. The notification of admission is the biggest difference.

Arkansas does not do rolling acceptances.

Ucla may as well be non-rolling admissions :(

UND doesn't do rolling admissions either. All apps are reviewed at the same time, about a month before interviews, so it doesn't matter when your app is submitted or whether you interview early or "late".

To my understanding, Wayne St offers maybe 60% their acceptances during interviews, and then makes a bunch of offers at the end of the interview cycle. Kind of a combination rolling/non-rolling system.
