Hi guys, I am currently in my 5th semester in college(Sophmore), and I have taken 2 science classes every semester.

Is this the norm, or do I need to step it up a bit, and start taking 3 science classes a semester?

Dont we need to show medical schools that we can handle a lot of science classes in one semester?

Your input is greatly appreciated!

Whichever works for you, really.

That said, you should be taking a relatively rigorous load. 15 credits is the usual minimum.

Med schools like to see that you can manage at least 2 science classes per semester alongside whatever else you have going on in your life (other classes, shadowing, research, ec's, etc.) So if you are doing well in 2 classes per then there is no need to change it unless you know that you can do as well with a heavier load.
