Ok thxI dont think the psychology will. I cant remember for sure, but I think psychology prefix is specifically classified as non-science by AAMC. However, the others should. Also remember that its you who decides first if the calass should be listed as science or non science and they may/maynot be changed during the application verification stage. I had some iffy classes that I listed as science and they went through unquestioned. My advise would be to list them as science if they help your gpa. The worst that can happen is that they are discarded from science consideration during verification.
Right but the first thing that person looking through at your classifications will look at during verification is the prefix of the class and what you classified it as. They are extremely busy and don't spend much time on each application so the prefix of the course may out-way the whole title.Ok thx
But the psych class is neuroscience and the course itself was heavily bio based
I think generally it has to be either in the biology, chemistry , physics or math department (statistics included)....otherwise i think you might have to argue it and I'm not sure if they'll agree.
