what about computer science courses?

I think according to p. 77 of the official book... maybe not.
According to:
http://www.aas.duke.edu/trinity/prehealth/app/records2006.html
"Until recently, AMCAS only provided for assignment of courses to B, C, P, M, or A categories. They have added other categories such as psychology, computer science, and engineering. However, you are still free to classify those courses (e.g., psychology, computer science, engineering) into the B, C, P, M categories if you feel they were primarily biology, chemistry, physics, or math. It is the B, C, P, and M courses that will be used to calculate your BCPM (or science) GPA for the AMCAS application. We do not maintain a list of courses and their appropriate designations. You will have to make these decisions on your own based on the content of the course."
So it is possible, but I don't think this is clear cut. It looks like some could be if heavily math, others may be not.
Best solution is to call AMCAS or talk to your pre-med advisor.
