Science LOR Confusion

Hello,

Do letters of recommendation from medical school professors count as science LORs? This particular prof also teaches a few undergraduate class. I will be attending one of his class. Does it matter what type of medical science he teach? (For example, microbiology is more "sciency" than radiology?)

I totally would have spelled "sciencey" with an e.
