My advisor told me, for people who do only their pre-requisites for pre-pharm, they need a really good grade in those classes. I'm wondering cause there are people who are majoring in something and people who are science majors. Science majors definitely have it tougher and harder classes, which could possibly lower ones gpa. If i did some easier major and got a super good gpa(3.7) compared to lower gpa in science major(3.4), what would be the better choice?

you still need to have those pre-req science classes completed to get into pharm school.

I'd take the higher GPA.

But the pharmacy pre-requisites are by themselves very hard on most peoples' GPA regardless.

It doesn't matter, whatsoever, what BA/BS you have, so long as your pre-requisites are completed.

I picked the first option. BA Pscyhology.

Easier coursework/requirements/less competition in my major's classes. Had more time to study for pre-reqs.

When I got to pharmacy school, I notice I was on par with the level of knowledge of my classmates except for physiology (took this one at a JC because my undergrad didn't let non-major students sign up until after it was pretty much full)
