There are no more requirements when you get to the scramble, but that only happens after SOAP. Scramble is just you calling programs like mad when its free for all time. I don't know about requirements during SOAP, I never saw it brought up the previous 2 years in the SOAP thread, so I am thinking it doesn't matter. Plus I know people still get interviews even tho they are below the 'levels' stated on Frieda.

TLDR: If your in the scramble don't worry about cutoffs.

Yes, they can, sorry I forget the AOA match does still exist this year.
