Scratch Paper

Ok, I am really confused about the scratch paper situation! Are we not allowed to use scratch paper anymore? I keep seeing posts referring to scratch paper so I would like to know what's going on with the scratch paper.

call the center you are taking it at and ask. my center uses laminated paper and marker. they're all different from what i'm understanding.

I heard the same some test centers have dry erase boards others scratch paper so just call and find out they should give you a straight answer.
