Second look invite.

What do you guys think about second look invites from programs? An invite out of the blue, asking you to come for an all expenses paid weekend, with social activities. Not an interview. I got one of these and I'm really hoping that it means that they're really interested. Fingers, toes, eyes crossed! Opinions?

Does the all expenses paid weekend include a round trip flight? If it's in your top 3, I'd say that's a pretty damn good sign.
