What should I wear on a Second Look where I'll be shadowing in the ED? Is scrubs appropriate or should I wear business casual?

I would play it safe and ask the coordinator or whoever your contact person is there. I hate being over/underdressed so if it was me I would ask.

Agree. Don't make this more complicated than it needs to be.

I'd wear business casual. You won't be touching patients, so you don't need scrubs.
